Hyperswarm Network is the low-level networking component of the Hyperswarm stack, providing UDP-based peer discovery and connection management. It enables applications to announce and discover peers on a distributed hash table (DHT), supporting both TCP and UTP connections through UDP holepunching. This library is designed for developers building decentralized peer-to-peer applications that require robust, low-level networking capabilities.
