HTTPayer is a decentralized system that enables smart contracts to make HTTP requests and pay for them using Chainlink's Compute Runtime Environment (CRE) and USDC escrow. It solves the problem of onchain logic needing real-world data by allowing contracts to deposit funds, trigger API calls, and receive results automatically through a trustless workflow. The project is designed for developers building smart contracts that require external API data without relying on centralized intermediaries.
