**hc‑spin** is a command‑line tool that launches Holochain applications in a local development environment. It lets developers spin up one or more agents, serve the app’s UI from a folder or a dev server, and optionally connect to custom bootstrap or relay servers, making it easy to test and debug Holochain apps during development.
