Fresh End is a sustainability-focused platform that connects food businesses with consumers to reduce food waste by allowing stores to sell products approaching expiration at discounted prices. The project features a comprehensive multi-role system including consumers who can search and purchase discounted products, store managers who manage inventory and sales, couriers who handle deliveries, and administrators who oversee the entire platform. Built with Vue.js 3 and Node.js, it includes real-time notifications, interactive maps, payment processing via PayPal, and detailed analytics to create a win-win solution that benefits stores, consumers, and the environment.
