`create-check` is a lightweight Node.js library that, when run in a CI environment, automatically creates a GitHub Check Run on the current pull request and attaches line‑by‑line annotations (e.g., from linters or test runners). It’s aimed at developers who want to surface tool output (stylelint, ESLint, Jest, etc.) directly in PRs without adding any local build steps.
