A lightweight npm package that extracts Underscore’s `extend` function into a standalone CommonJS module, allowing developers to merge properties from multiple source objects into a target object (mutating the target). It’s aimed at Node‑oriented JavaScript projects that want the familiar Underscore extend behavior without pulling in the full library.
