Ephemeris is a Node.js library that implements Steve Moshier’s astronomical ephemeris algorithms in pure JavaScript, providing positions, rise/set times and other data for the Sun, Moon, planets, comets, asteroids and bright stars. It’s aimed at developers who need fast, server‑side or client‑side calculations of celestial coordinates without external dependencies (e.g., Moment.js).
