Programmable Secrets Contracts is a receipt-backed entitlement protocol for finance-agent workflows, enabling providers to commit encrypted market data or private tool access onchain, while buyers satisfy dataset policies in a shared vault to mint access receipts. It consists of Solidity contracts (`PolicyVault`, `PaymentModule`, `AccessReceipt`) and built-in policy evaluators for time ranges, UAID ownership, and address allowlists, with support for custom evaluators via Stylus. The system is designed for providers and buyers in decentralized finance ecosystems, particularly on testnets like Robinhood Chain and Arbitrum Sepolia.
