Shipwrecked is a 4-day flagship hackathon organized by Hack Club, taking place August 8-11, 2025 on Cathleen Stone Island in Boston Harbor for 130 teenage participants. The event combines outdoor adventure with tech creativity through a story-based survival experience featuring collaborative quests, workshops, and challenges. The project serves as the web application for managing the hackathon, including participant onboarding through "The Bay" (a 3-month pre-event challenge) and providing the main event platform. Built with Next.js, it requires Docker for local development and includes features for user management, admin access, and deployment to both staging and production environments.
