Referrer Control is a Firefox extension that allows users to control and modify HTTP request referrer headers, primarily for privacy and testing purposes. It is aimed at privacy-conscious users and developers who need fine-grained control over what referrer information is sent with web requests. The project is currently in maintenance-only mode with no new features, as it has not been updated to support Firefox's WebExtensions API.
