Use Watson Knowledge Studio and Speech To Text to automate offline order processing during pandemics
This project uses IBM Watson services to create an AI-powered system for processing offline orders during pandemics, particularly for populations without digital access. It converts audio calls to text, translates languages if needed, extracts order information using a custom-trained Watson Knowledge Studio model, and stores results in a database. The system is designed for businesses or organizations needing to handle phone-based orders for essentials while maintaining social distancing.
