g-nom-project/g-nom

G-nom is a web-based platform designed for storing and organizing genome assemblies and related analyses, aimed at applied researchers. It features interactive visualizations and promotes strong integration of analysis results with other data. Developed in the Ebersberger Lab at Goethe University Frankfurt, it is transitioning from a Flask + React stack to a Laravel-based monolithic project.
