This plugin enables TypeScript type-only imports to work in Vite without requiring `isolatedModules: true`, by generating fake `null` values for re-exported types. It's primarily intended for Vite users working with TypeScript codebases that contain re-exported type imports, solving a common issue where browsers fail to resolve type-only exports after transpilation.
