The **loopback‑ds‑readonly‑mixin** adds a simple mixin for StrongLoop’s LoopBack ORM that lets you declare whole models or individual properties as read‑only. When applied, any attempt to set those fields via the REST API results in a 403 or the data being stripped, protecting immutable values for API clients. It’s intended for LoopBack developers who need server‑side enforcement of non‑editable model attributes.
