This project is a Rollup plugin that resolves Node-style directory imports by automatically mapping `./folder` to `./folder/index.js` when the `index.js` file exists. It's designed for developers using Rollup who need simpler local module resolution without the overhead of the `rollup-plugin-node-resolve` plugin.
