The **@frosted/array-at** package provides a lightweight ponyfill (and optional shim) for the upcoming `Array.prototype.at` method, letting developers retrieve elements by positive or negative index on any array‑like value. It’s aimed at JavaScript projects that need the convenience of `at` while supporting older runtimes that don’t yet implement the native API.
