cli-rc is a Node.js module that provides runtime configuration for command line interfaces by searching for and loading `.prgrc` or similarly named files in default or specified directories. It supports both JSON and INI file formats, merges their contents with precedence rules, and is designed for developers building CLI tools who need flexible configuration management.
