LinuxKI Toolset (Trace-based performance analysis tool)
LinuxKI is an open-source performance analysis toolkit for Linux that provides advanced mission-critical troubleshooting by answering "what's it doing?" and "what's it waiting on?" questions through detailed kernel tracing. It's designed for performance specialists and system administrators who need to diagnose complex performance issues on x86_64, arm64, and ppc64 systems running Linux 2.6.32 or later. The toolset collects low-level trace data using either its LiKI kernel module (preferred) or ftrace, then analyzes this data to generate comprehensive reports showing CPU usage, I/O patterns, system calls, and wait states that help pinpoint performance bottlenecks.
