handle is a tiny Node/browser library that simplifies adding, delegating and removing DOM event listeners. It lets you attach handlers to a single element, a collection, or a CSS selector (delegated) and returns a disposable function or a promise‑based `once` helper, making event management easier for front‑end developers.
