The **fbp-protocol-healthcheck** package provides a small utility (CLI and library) that connects to a Flow‑Based Programming (FBP) runtime via the FBP protocol, requests its capabilities, and reports whether the runtime is reachable. It’s intended for developers and DevOps engineers who need to script or Docker‑monitor the health of FBP runtimes during deployment, testing, or CI pipelines.
