scratch‑storage is a JavaScript library that abstracts loading and caching of Scratch 3.0 project assets (images, sounds, etc.) from configurable web sources. It’s intended for developers building Scratch‑based tools or the Scratch VM, allowing them to retrieve assets via URLs and integrate the storage module into web or Node.js applications.
