Better `os.arch()` for node and the browser -- detect OS architecture
The `arch` package provides a reliable way to detect the actual operating system CPU architecture, both in Node.js and the browser, addressing the limitations of `os.arch()` which only returns the architecture of the Node.js binary. It's particularly useful for applications like WebTorrent Desktop that need to offer the correct installer for 32-bit or 64-bit systems. The package works by checking multiple sources in the browser and is designed to default to 32-bit when the architecture is ambiguous.
