Fallow is a Rust‑native CLI (and VS Code/LSP/MCP extensions) that provides whole‑project static analysis for TypeScript/JavaScript codebases—detecting dead code, duplication, complexity hotspots, circular dependencies and architecture‑boundary violations—in sub‑second, zero‑config runs. An optional paid runtime layer adds production‑traffic coverage so teams and AI‑assisted agents can prioritize hot‑path changes, safely delete cold code, and enforce quality gates in CI. It’s aimed at developers and teams that use AI‑generated changes and need deterministic, graph‑based code‑base intelligence for review, cleanup and refactoring.
