The KILT-to-PLC DID Resolver is a permissionless extension for the AT Protocol ecosystem that enables KILT DIDs in AT Protocol services. It acts as a drop-in replacement for the PLC directory, resolving both KILT (`did:kilt:`) and PLC (`did:plc:`) DIDs while maintaining full AT Protocol compatibility. This TypeScript-based service includes security features like rate limiting and cross-origin protection, and supports both KILT's Spiritnet mainnet and Peregrine testnet networks.
