This repository contains the source code for the deprecated `expo-google-sign-in` package, which was a classic "Bare Workflow" module for Google Sign-In integration. It's now deprecated in favor of `expo-auth-session` and `@react-native-google-signin/google-signin`, which offer better cross-platform support and modern authentication approaches. The project was primarily used by React Native developers working with Expo who needed Google authentication functionality before these newer alternatives were available.
