ethereumjs-stub-rpc-server is a testing utility that allows developers to easily stub an Ethereum node when testing dApp clients. It enables defining canned responses to Ethereum JSON-RPC requests over HTTP, WS, or IPC, eliminating the need to run a full Ethereum node during testing.
