fmu-sim2seis is a tool for calculating synthetic seismic data from reservoir simulation models using a petro-elastic model, primarily designed for use within Equinor's ERT (Eni Reservoir Technology) workflow. It's intended for reservoir engineers and geophysicists who need to integrate reservoir simulation data with seismic interpretation, though it's currently in pilot testing phase and not yet qualified for general use.
