HCBS is a Medicaid/CHIP application developed by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMCS) for collecting and managing state data on Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) programs. It features a React frontend with a Node backend, using DynamoDB for data storage, and supports deployment across development, beta, and production environments through GitHub Actions. The project is designed for state agencies and healthcare administrators involved in HCBS program monitoring and reporting.
