The `@ember/edition-utils` package is a tool for declaring and detecting the specific edition of Ember that an application is using. It is primarily intended for use by addons to determine which blueprint code to run and provide helpful warnings or errors at build time, but it should not be used to alter an addon's fundamental implementation.
