mini‑lr is a small Node.js server that implements the LiveReload protocol. It provides a simple HTTP/WebSocket endpoint (default port 35729) and an Express‑compatible middleware so build tools can notify connected browsers of changed files, triggering automatic CSS/JS/image refreshes. The project is aimed at front‑end developers who want a lightweight, script‑only alternative to the full Tiny‑lr or LiveReload apps.
