`get-node` is a lightweight Node‑API library that downloads, verifies and caches a specific Node.js binary (any version, range, LTS, latest, or one defined in .nvmrc/package‑json) and returns its executable path. It’s aimed at developers and tooling authors who need to programmatically obtain exact Node versions—e.g., for CI, testing, or running projects with custom Node releases.
