The **edge‑change‑server** monitors a set of blockchain addresses (across any number of chains) starting from a given block height and reports when those addresses experience on‑chain modifications—without interpreting the changes themselves. Clients subscribe to address bundles, handle their own re‑syncing, and rely on the server for lightweight change detection. It’s intended for developers building analytics, notification pipelines, or blockchain‑aware services that need to track address updates in real time.
