Water PlantUml is a command‑line utility that watches *.puml* files and either serves live‑reloading diagrams in a browser or exports them to SVG, PNG, TXT or Markdown. It works with the public PlantUML server or a self‑hosted Docker PlantUML instance, making it useful for developers and technical writers who need quick, automated rendering of PlantUML diagrams during documentation or development.
