GrEBI is an HPC pipeline that aggregates biomedical knowledge graphs from multiple sources using ontologies and LLM embeddings, making it easier to perform integrative queries across EMBL-EBI resources, MONARCH KG, ROBOKOP, and other databases. It provides materialised query results as downloadable CSV files and Neo4j database exports for researchers and developers who need to analyze integrated biomedical data spanning multiple resources.
