nostrmini is a tiny, in‑memory Nostr relay written in TypeScript that stores events only in a simple dequeue without indexing. It’s aimed at developers who need a lightweight, easy‑to‑run Nostr server for testing or as a foundation for more advanced routing, and can be used either as a CLI tool or imported as a library in other projects.
