WebGIS is an open-source framework for creating and providing interactive map and feature services, designed for administrators, developers, and end-users. It offers a modular platform with three core applications: WebGIS CMS for administrators to manage map services, WebGIS API for accessing map services via REST and JavaScript interfaces, and WebGIS Portal for users to interact with ready-made maps. The platform supports integration of geodata sources and publishing maps via standardized interfaces like WMTS and WMS.
