node‑keychain is a small Node.js library that wraps macOS’s `security` command‑line tool to let JavaScript code create, read, update and delete generic or internet passwords (and manage keychains) directly from a Mac. It’s aimed at developers building Node applications on macOS who need a simple programmatic interface to the system keychain for storing credentials securely.
