zcap is a JavaScript reference implementation for [Authorization Capabilities](https://w3c-ccg.github.io/zcap-spec/), a W3C standard for secure delegation of permissions in decentralized systems. It enables developers to create and manage cryptographic capabilities that can be used to grant fine-grained access control to resources. This library is intended for developers working on decentralized applications, APIs, or systems requiring secure, verifiable delegation of authority.
