Gendocs is a small Node‑CLI tool that extracts specially‑formatted JSDoc‑style block comments (using **emu**) from a project’s source files, orders them with **sourcecat**, and outputs a single Markdown README. It’s aimed at JavaScript developers who want an automated way to generate and keep their repository documentation (including badges, code includes, and license blocks) up‑to‑date without manual editing.
