`safe-settings` is a GitHub app designed to centrally manage repository policies and settings across an organization using code. It stores all configurations in an admin repository and applies them to org, suborg, or repo levels, supporting branch protections, rulesets, permissions, and more, with validation and custom rules for consistency.
