BigRedBot is an internal productivity tool for AppDev that automates form completion reminders and facilitates coffee chat pairings among team members. Built with Node.js and Slack integration, it tracks form completion via Google Sheets and creates randomized coffee chat pairings on configurable schedules to help team members connect. The bot is designed for AppDev members who need automated task management and team bonding features within their Slack workspace.
