This is a PostCSS plugin for CSS Modules that automatically local-scopes all CSS classes and IDs by default, ensuring styles are scoped to specific components. It's designed for developers using CSS Modules who want to avoid global CSS conflicts by making all selectors local unless explicitly marked as global with `:global()`.
