This project provides utilities for handling ICSS (Interoperable CSS) tokens during the linking stage of CSS module loading. It offers functions to search and replace symbols in CSS declarations and media expressions, as well as extract and create ICSS import/export rules. The tool is designed for developers working with CSS modules who need to manipulate ICSS tokens programmatically.
