This is a Markdown-it plugin that distinguishes between different emphasis styles, rendering `_italic_` as `<i>`, `*emphasis*` as `<em>`, `__bold__` as `<b>`, `**strong**` as `<strong>`, and `____underline____` as `<u>`.
