passport-http-bearer-sl is a fork of the passport-http-bearer library that provides HTTP Bearer authentication strategy for Passport and Node.js. It was created specifically for SuperLogin to change the query parameter from 'access_token' to 'bearer_token', enabling OAuth account linking to already authenticated users. This module is designed for Node.js developers building APIs who need to authenticate requests using bearer tokens as specified by RFC 6750, particularly those working with OAuth 2.0 implementations.
