MedCAT is a self-supervised machine learning algorithm that extracts biomedical concepts from text and links them to ontologies like SNOMED-CT, UMLS, or HPO. This project is designed for healthcare professionals, researchers, and developers working with clinical data who need to annotate and analyze medical text.
