win32 is a small Node.js utility library that adds Windows‑specific helpers for the Cloud Commander file manager (and any Node app). It provides functions to list system volumes, detect and change drive letters, and correctly handle Windows console code pages by converting legacy CP437 output to UTF‑8. The package is aimed at developers who need to work with file system paths and console output on Windows platforms.
