Ischanged is a lightweight Node.js utility that determines whether a file’s modification time has changed since the last check, storing timestamps in a temporary `ischanged/<uid>/changes.json` file. It’s aimed at developers who need a fast, simple “has this file been altered?” check without computing hashes, and can persist across application restarts.
