Buildhelper is a utility used by CodeMirror packages to build and test their code. It mangles TypeScript doc comments, runs the TypeScript compiler, and uses rollup to emit CommonJS and ES modules, as well as a bundled `.d.ts` file, to `dist/`. It also includes a test runner for running tests locally or in a headless browser.
