The circles-api project is an off-chain database and API service for Circles, a universal basic income cryptocurrency. It stores and resolves user data from public addresses, indexes the Circles trust network, and calculates transitive transfer paths for sending tokens within the trust graph. This service is designed for developers and administrators working with the Circles UBI system who need to manage user profiles, transfer descriptions, and trust relationships off-chain.
